By placing an order on CoverMania, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All orders placed on CoverMania are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays.

In some cases, processing time may be longer due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Product availability

  • Technical issues

  • National holidays


2. Shipping Locations

CoverMania primarily ships products across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination:

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier provider’s website.


6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

CoverMania will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery dates.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • The package may be returned to us

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to CoverMania, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.


9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package is severely damaged

  • Take photos of the package

  • Contact our support team immediately

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


10. Lost Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost during transit, CoverMania will:

  • Investigate the issue with the courier partner

  • Provide a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost
